I've ordered pan pizzas from here before and they came out great. Today I tried ordering a couple of pan pizzas again but the crust was literally dough still. Girl at the front counter was rude and un-helpful. She said "everything is on an automated timer", but I think they left the timer set for a regular pizza crust.... Got a refund at least. Avoid depending on the time I guess?

Absolutely horrible service! I ordered Pizza for Purim and they said that my order did not go through and that they will not be delivering the pizza. I called them several times and explained it was for a religious holiday, my family was in town and dominoes was our pizza shop of choice and that I was willing to coming and pick up my order. I came to the store, had my bank statement on my phone to show they charged me and they REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY PIZZA! IT WAS RIDICOULUS! THEY THEN STATED I CAN'T EAT THE PIZZA ANYWAYS BECAUSE IT WASN'T KOSHER BECAUSE PORK PROBABLY GOT ON MY PIZZA ANYWAYS! I can not believe the borderline anti-Semitic and after I threatened to call the cop THEY CALLED THE COPS ON ME! I am calling my lawyer and I don't even know if I am going to get my pizza! While I was there I also over heard the manager call somebody - obviously not me - the N word. IDK if it was a customer or co-worker that didn't come into work that day. THIS IS INSANE!

Worst pizza delivery ever! It took an hour to deliver? Called manager marco and I said the web site said it would take 31 mins. Marco said the web site is not accurate and He wouldn’t apologize until I said “your not very apologetic!“ pizza was barely warm. Worst experience ever?

I wanted some pizza " it was amazing " the buffalo wings were fair. I had a pleasure of meeting Adrian a cashier he was amazing " beautiful personality. Not too mention how hard the staff was working " good job.
