I just purchased a new Trek Marlin 6 for my husband after I bought my three children new Trek Marlin 4’s and a Precaliber 24 last year (all at different times). I have been to the shop over 6 times and made 4 bike purchases. I have always had exceptional service from this shop and recommend them to everyone I meet looking for a new bike. When you buy a bike from them, you get very knowledgeable people who will walk you through every inch of your bike, fit it to you perfectly, and are always there if anything happens. My children enjoyed the entire bike purchasing experience and they helped me get my youngest on a bike he could actually ride, despite his disabilities. Just yesterday, they helped me surprise my husband, way before the planned date. It was perfect, he loves his new bike, and is already hitting the trails today!

Jack and Kathy are amazing! His knowledge and customer service is out of this world! Kathy is a breathe of fresh air and fun that made my whole buying experience top notch. It only took 1hr with them selecting my bike and fitting it perfectly for me. This morning after my first 20 miles I was mind blown at the difference in my bike, gear, and physical ability to push on with effortless ease! Thank you guys so much and I will see you again soon for tune ups, tips, and gear.

I went in on a Friday and picked out my bike. The owner gave me some advice on the different bikes he had in the store. He is very knowledgeable. Once I was ready to start picking out all the accessories a lady helped me out pick out shoes, aero bars, a helmet to save my brain, sunglasses, socks, lights etc. They adjusted the bikes seat and aero bars to fit me. This took 10-15 minutes. Then the owner went over the bike with me and how the gears work. He then told me in 6-8 weeks come back in for a time up before my race. They introduced me to their riding club as well. I felt very welcome. They really take good care of their customers!
