I went and spent 1,253.62$ Fixing the car for an alignment that wasn’t done. Car made no noise in the tires. Took it to Honda and its making noises. Brought the car back was told to bring it back another day. Brought it back and wanted 150$ to just look at it. Took it to another Honda dealership with no fee to check the vehicle and there was no alignment. Best service ever. 👍

In my life I have owned over 12 Hondas, Honda Accord, Honda Oddessey, Honda CRV, And Honda Pilot. I bought my wife a new CRV and the problems began. Her car was 6 months old when the paint began to fade. They said they were doing an investigation 3 different times with pictures and details. A woman Donna with a horrible bed side manner and customer relations attitude told us she was the manager and all the other managers we had talked to were not managers that they had let those people go. The only person who was professional and helped us was a lady named Racheal. Call me if you have and questions.

Having moved to North Carolina from AZ and being unfamiliar with the car dealers here, we found the car, the model, and the color we wanted. We live in Oak Island, N.C and the dealer was in Jacksonville, NC. which is an hour and half/63 miles away. Not wanting to be disappointed, we took the chance and made the journey and let me tell you this was best experience I have ever had with a purchase/lease of a vehicle. Our sales person, Cannon, was exceptional and so were the people in the finance department. I highly recommend Lejeune Honda and will use them again in the future.

The wife took her car in with instructions to ask for a “relearn procedure” to sync the tpms with the car after changing the wheels to aftermarket. Instead they “put the car in service mode and drove it above 45mph” even though the other companies state a relearn procedure includes using a tool along with the vehicle in service mode to program it and return it to the customer. Honda apparently calls that “programming” the tpms and it seems she was not given the service she requested and caused a bigger issue than it needed to be with an unnecessary service brought on by confusion. I appreciate the master tech for trying to remedy the situation, but this location now has a bad repertoire and I’d rather not do business with them again.
