The apartments are alright, but if you stay on the top floor and have children; the residents beneath you will complain of the children running through the apartment. Meaning they are not great for families with multiple young children. This is just based on my experience as a guest not as a resident.

I deliver there and I hear and see pets. Seems like their allowed
They do not furnish these apartments, they are also income based from my understanding. Mostly geared towards the low income families and residents of this area.
