Wow is all that I can say about the Overhead Door Company. I called Precision and they told me I needed to spend $ 3,000 for a new door which I thought was excessive. I searched online & found ODC web page was able to use their online calendar & booked next day appointment. Zachary Risner the Residential Technician followed up & called prior to arrival. Told me all that was needed was a panel replacement & he would be able to do it following day. He was professional courteous & saved me thousands . In a day of rising prices it’s nice to find a company who doesn’t take advantage of hardworking people. Thank you Zach & ODC of Nashville. From my initial phone call with the reception who answered the phone to the end result of my repair, this team of individuals was very professional. They diagnosed my problem within 10 minutes um been at my home they quoted me a price to repair my garage door which was reasonable. Although they did not have the part on hand they were able to get it the next day and did not charge me an additional service fee charge. I would highly recommend J.P. Antioch, TN
