Stellar service. It wasn’t an emergency but I had a concern about a skin infection and I stopped by the office to see about an appointment. The friendly and helpful receptionist said she would try to work me in if I did not mind waiting or give me an early morning appointment the next day. I expressed my concern and I did not want to visit Urgent Care but rather a dermatologist. I waited and the nurse took me back within 20 minutes. Erin was very professional and said she was glad I came after she saw the infection. Krista Webber PA(I think) examined me, gave 2 possible scenarios and prescribed an injection and an antibiotic. Everyone was very nice and showed genuine concern. You would’ve thought I had been going to the practice for years( I had been once before). I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology in Cool Springs! Professional and courteous. Follow up visit today and I saw Dr. Jurgens for a full body skin check and followup visit for skin infection. Dr. Jurgens prescribed another injection and increased the antibiotics. Great visit and very professional care. Pinnacle Cool Springs truly cares about patients!
