Terrible cutomer service, wont answer the phone, failed to provide what the customer needs, brushed the customer off. Very poor opperation.

I understand big orders can be frustrating and I have an 8 person household. But for the order taker to completely drop her friendly tone and get a sassy and agitated demeanor is rude. She snatched my card out of my friend’s hand and threw it back at her. Fortunately, she gave me a receipt and I will be doing a survey as well. Then at the second window the manager was on her cell phone! The night shift at this location either needs retraining or restaffing. To top it all off, we waited almost 25 minutes for our food and the burgers were thrown together like the sandwich maker didn’t even care. Pictures of the three other cars they had pulled up to wait for food as well as myself and one of the thrown together burgers. The service I received this evening is appalling and I will not return to any McDonald’s for the foreseeable future.
