I prefer to eat at the Winterville, NC location; best Chipotle, clean, consistent, friendly. I love this company, but my experiences at the Jacksonville Western Blvd location are consistently unpleasant. Trash bins are full, sweet tea is either empty or out, there's a stench when you walk in the building (probably due to the trash). I hope there is an improvement, I enjoy their food, when its at its best. 9/28/2022 Update Uh oh, the new location in Jville is open, and guess what, its clean and has a drive through. i walked in, didnt have to wait, which is good, but if i did it wouldnt really affect my review because waiting is normal and it shouldnt affect a review. but the lady who did my order was really short with everything she said and really rude in a passive aggressive way. i ended up getting chicken on my order instead of steak which is fine, i go back in, im nervous as it is because i have social anxiety and she is still being rude while im still being nice to her and understanding because i work in retail. she just slops chicken on it with the steak still in there😅 im sure we all have bad days but it really made me uncomfortable with how rude she was. i ended up asking for another burrito bowl while i was in there and she tells me "you still have to pay for it ya know." like i understand... i just wanted another bowl lmao.. i mean regardless, again, she didnt have to be rude about it. it was clean i will say though. rude service, usually dont write reviews. 😀💗

Waited in line for 20 minutes because only 1 of the 8 staff in the restaurant was filling orders for the 11 or 12 people in line. I watched multiple people pay for their food with a card and then miraculously when after almost 25 minutes and my food was done and I made it to the register, the restaurant became cash only. The cashier had absolutely no resolution for the issue and called the next person in line to the register. I love Chipotle and eat it frequently, but this was the absolute WORST customer service experience I've ever had.

If this could get 1/2 it would, place always smells like toilet water. Trash is overflowing, I have never got a burrito and been like wow this is wrapped decent. It’s always ripped or leaking uncontrollably . Always out of something, Agua Fresca, veggies etc
