Our family was only at Kempton of Jacksonville for a few days before our love one passed away, the care and attention we received while there was nothing less than amazing. Hospice nurse and Admin was so attentive and available to us when needed. We were very pleased.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE HAVING A HARD TIME NAVIGATING CARE FOR A SICK LOVED ONE......I can not say enough how amazing Kempton of Jacksonville is. When a parent or loved one gets sick, unfortunately there is not a handbook to help you navigate what to do, but the staff of Kempton and Community Care and Hospice of Swansboro stepped up and was my handbook. Because of other family member health emergencies, I had to have my mom to a facility in Jacksonville , and the first one (not Kempton) that could take her was absolutely horrible. I was lost on how to get my mom out of that abusive facility. I found Kempton and they helped me with everything I needed. Kempton gave my mom the dignity and love that she was not receiving at the other facility. ALL OF THE STAFF were fantastic, there was not a time I was in there and someone did not come in to ask me if I had questions or update me about my mother (I was there multiple times daily, and every time saw multiple nurses and staff every time) I also was very impressed with how they treated all of the residents like family. I lost my mother last Monday, she passed comfortably and with love around her from both my family and her newly inherited family,THE of staff at Kempton. Thank you Kempton for helping my family get through this very hard time and doing everything with love for my Mom. I am forever grateful for all of you.

I had a close friend at this assisted living home. They provided a safe and nurturing environment. They are very professional and caring! If you have to place a loved one outside your home, The Kempton is a great choice!

It was okay, but we had to wait for someone to come to the office so that we can visit a worker there . There's never anyone in the office.
