Our salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered just the right amount of attention. She introduced herself, let us look fairly freely (which we prefer) then was ready to help us narrow down choices and make a decision. We had done a lot of research on the web and knew fairly well what we did and didn’t want, and she was helpful to point us to a few factors we hadn’t considered. We made a decision and placed our order on the spot. Very enjoyable experience. We hope the sectional turns out to be as great as she was.

extremely unaffordable furniture and all the recliners look like your grandma's recliner from the 90's. they are very pushy also which I dont like at all.

Ordered six months ago. Was told they would move old furniture to basement when delivered. When furniture got to store, text said they do not move existing furniture. Talked to sales person and delivery appointment lady. Both said that they WOULD make exception and move. Delivery arrived and driver said they would NOT move existing pieces. After much unnecessary discussions and phones calls, he was told to move existing pieces. STORE AND DELIVERY COMPANY SHOULD NOT PUT DRIVER AND CUSTOMER IN THAT SITUATION. IF STORE AND DELIVERY COMPANY HAVE DISAGREEMENT ON PROCESS, THEY SHOULD WORK IT OUT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Need to get delivery promise in writing when purchasing.
