This is a functional bike rental service but is very bare-bones. Unless you get a bike with an attached trailer, all bikes are single speed beach-cruisers with pedal brakes (no hand brakes), no bells, and fixed saddle heights. It is worth nothing that there are a good range of bikes for kids, both for them to cycle or to be towed behind and adult bike. The staff don’t have spanners to adjust the saddles so unless you find a bike with exactly the right height already set, your knees will hate you after a few hours. Pedal brakes are a bit of a learning curve if you aren’t used to them, and with no bell I feel these bikes aren’t the safest thing to use. It would be great to have an option to get more capable bikes for going a little further afield, and also with features like pannier racks or baskets for carrying luggage - especially on warmer days. The lack of bells are apparently due to people snapping them off and littering, but I am sure a durable enough replacement could be found with some Googling. If you don’t have any way to bring a bike and just want a sedate ride around the flat paths, this place is fine, but if you have a bike at home and any way of getting it here, bring that instead.

It is very good place, but I would highly recommend to have bikes with handbrakes instead of just paddle breaks…

This is an awesome way to see the park. $30 for 5 hours. Gives you PLENTY of time to traverse most of the valley. Great way to get a feel for the layout and see where the trails are etc. Bike paths are all pretty flat so easy to get around. Highly recommend as a way to start your visit.

Fantastic rental service. Lots of different bikes available for rental, including ones with trailers, and ones with "ride-along" tandem seats for kids. Only downside is the bikes are a bit old, but we didn't mind. We were able to bike around the valley all day, hitting up all the major locations, and avoided all the traffic problems, particularly in the afternoon. Staff very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend if you're planning a day in the valley and don't have your own bikes to bring.
