My Mom who is 91 years old had a 11:30 appointment today August 25th. She sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before someone finally came in. This is unacceptable and terrible way to treat the elderly. Mom has been going to these Doctors for 30+ years.

I LOVE Dr. Shealy. Not the most organized facility I've experienced. Staff seems a bit impersonal. I was asked more than once why I was there. I was asked if I'd been seen by my doctor before. Questions they should know answers to already. I appreciate doctor giving me ample time to talk during visits and for making reminder notes to point out things to me at my next visit. I don't feel rushed and the visits are fairly thorough.

Caring, fast, and a variety of doctors as well as multiple nurse practitioners. Ability to perform x-rays and phlebotomy testing in office as well. Also love they have an in office pharmacy so you can have your medication with you when you leave.
