I would give a zero star review if I could. The eye glass side of the business and their office manager are unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money with them. It took them over 2 months to fill my prescription (I paid in full at the time I ordered). When it arrived, the lenses weren’t what I ordered but an upgrade version. I requested what I ordered. That arrived 2 weeks later. 8 weeks after that, I received another bill for $30 for service on the day I picked up my lenses. Have called them several times and assured the office manager has been notified and will return my call. They have not. I want to know why I am receiving additional charges and no one seems to know the answer. It’s been a month of me trying to contact in regards to this $30. I have gone to the district manager who has not returned my call even though it has been 4 days. Do not waste your time with these guys. They will get your order wrong and then charge you for their mistakes. ETA. After reading the reviews I left on multiple platforms including this one, a representative “reached out” to request I email them. I emailed using the address provided and heard nothing back. I am updating my reviews so others are not fooled by them pretending to resolve this issue. As it stands, company continues to ignore my request to call me to discuss why I am being billed for their mistakes when I have paid for my prescription in full at the time or ordering the glasses. I have receipts and credit card statements to support me.

I’m so happy made an appointment to come to this store for my new glasses. I went to a discount type where you can have your glasses in one hour and wasn’t happy with the results or how I was treated. Everyone here was professional yet personal and friendly. They made me feel like I was the most important person in the office. I haven’t received my new lenses and frames yet but I confident they will be great! Thanks all
