Went to Kay's after the horrible Experience here. My boyfriend and I went to buy a ring with budget in mind and the lady who help made feel so rushed and keep trying to push up over out budget and told us we only had few rings to pick from. And this after telling me the ring thst she even pulled up on their website she could do for me and they would never get them. She really made feel horrible because we could spend 2 or 3k on ring.

Jake was an amazing salesman and customer service was his top priority. I went in to buy my girlfriend an aquamarine necklace and he was able to show us a wide range of options. I was foolish and left her old necklace at the store. I called the store and was able to get her old necklace located. Jake was so nice and polished her old necklace for her upon our arrival back to the store. Definitely one the BEST jewelry stores in all of Wilmington! Thank you for the amazing experience! I will be a repeat customer to this location. 😀
