The office receptionist was rude and therefore my wife felt her poor attitude and customer service over the call. They lost a new patient due to the receptionist.’s phone manners and failure to call her back for for the appointment.

Questions & Answers

I saw dr. Vinichiria early this year. She wanted me to have MRI on my knee which is giving me alot of pain and difficulty sleeping and walking. Would it save me extra steps to go directly to dr. Moore or go through her.
