The item I ordered (Blueberry Lemon Crapes) was not made correctly. The waitress was fantastic at taking it back to the kitchen, but the cook argued that it was fine. When I read the description off of the menu to the waitress, she agreed it was not as described. The cook insisted it was "made right"; which it was not. I was served a second attempt that was even lacking more than the first. While we were dining, the customers seated behind us were very vulgar. They dropped the f-bomb at least once a sentence and used several other obscenities as well. The waitress was visibly stressed and had to endure their disrespect as well. Although a manager walked past our section multiple times, she did nothing to support her staff member or address their rude and inappropriate behavior. This was the most uncomfortable and dissatisfying restaurant experience I have had in years! Although our waitress was a great server, we will not be returning to this IHOP.

IHOP always has tasty, well made dishes and they are at decent prices. Sometimes they have a extremely long wait for food but the waitresses are friendly and will make sure to keep checking on you. The syrups they offer for the pancakes are mouth-watering!

Spent the morning with family here last Sunday. We had a really sweet waiter. The only complaint I had was my daughter's chocolate milk came out spoiled . They replaced it with an orange juice and all was good with the world

Not sure I haven't worked there
No call ahead seating unfortunately. And at night they only use about half the restaurant.
These questions are ones that people are asking the google community, not the businesses themselves. (Not that Google does a great job of pointing that out, lol) But as Clay suggested, it would be better to try and call the store, or go in person to ask about jobs. (Don't forget to bring a resume, as most job applications want a lot of the info off of them. So I just use mine as a cheat sheet to fill out their own application. A minute of preparation could lead to a lifetime of gainful employment.)
Pretty much like everyone else. Wear masks until seated.
