Just getting around to writing this review since I stayed in June…Front desk was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful when I asked for them to take my stuff I left to their UPS store and have it shipped to me. Was kinda disappointed though I figured my shampoo, conditioner, oil and some other bathroom items would be shipped with them as well… guess the housekeeers needed it more than me? I wouldn’t be upset but it’s all expensive products I had. Overall the stay was good. Just sad I didn’t get all of my stuff back.

The blankets were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We got up in the morning to leave and had a nice breakfast the left us very satisfied. And they have a waffle iron! Katie and Heather were great help working at the front desk and were polite when we came with issues or questions.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the stay! The rooms were clean and quiet. Katie at the front desk was amazing! I also want to thank whom ever found my keys in the parking lot and returned them to the front desk! I was in panic mode! Right by the free way and food next door. Kids played in the pool and had a great time.

I stayed here in the most difficult time of my life... My sister had just passed away and I went back home (Caldwell Id) and the two girls at the desk were so sweet. One came and hugged me because I immediately went to tears when they asked how I was doing. The rooms were very clean, my little sister actually ended up getting a room that night as well. We were very satisfied with the service and the quality of the room.
