They never have appointments, they leave you on the waiting list and never call you, or they tell you to arrive the first week of the month and when you arrive they tell you that it is already full for that month. Very poor service from receptionists.

Every day I call to make an appointment, he tells me to wait five minutes and I stay waiting for an hour or two, and no one answers my call, so I give them only one star, and this is too much for them, so I went elsewhere

They only have 1 receptionist so it's one person doing check ins, phones, appointments, follow ups, etc.
They're are awful when it comes to answering the phone sometimes.
I would not go there to get it fix.. I go there just to check my eyes nd thats it. They take too long for everything..
