They have a notary but they don't explain what they will and won't sign until you're in the office, the notary position is to designate that you are the person signing the paperwork only with no bias

The teller was not helpful at all. Her lack of competence was obvious, so when I gave her suggestions on how to we could get a cashiers check, she wasn’t willing to try. She suggested we go to a larger branch (in other words, someone who knows what they are doing). Not helpful and had a bad attitude because there were people in line.
