Very dissatisfied with the service my last two visits. My most recent appointment was made 4 weeks back because they were so busy. Approximately a week before the appointment they called and asked if they could reschedule. As they were overbooked or out of the office for some reason. I don't remember exactly why. I agreed to reschedule for 2 days later at what I thought was 4:30 p.m. . A week and 2 days pass. And I arrive with my dog at 4:30pm promptly. I called when I pulled in the drive. I called ahead because they weren't letting the owners inside the building last time we were there. They would come out and retrieve the animals and bring them back to you because of COVID. She informed me that my appointment was at 4:20 not 4:30 and that she had to go back and talk to the doctor to find out if they could even see my dog now. Which when was all said and done they could not they were too busy and I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later which I will not be attending that appointment. I have just lightened up their schedule for them. And for now on, I will be seeking my veterinary services elsewhere.

We have been clients here for over 30 years. Dr. McAllister is kind, thorough, and an extremely good vet. She retains excellent staff with little turnover. I wish they had weekend hours, but I can't recommend them highly enough for overall small animal care.
