Favorite B&N near me. If I need a book ordered I get it in a reasonable time frame. The little coffee shop is always stocked and the staff is super friendly. Even during busy business hours the lines fly by.

You'd need to call the store and ask for customer service. They can check for you. Otherwise, I bet there's an 800 number on the back of the card.
There is a selection of kpop as far as records I am not sure but I would recommend there website if they don't have it in store
It only takes a few minutes for them to place the order and I usually get them within a week.
I know you can get old movies and some CD's, never saw 8 tracks.
