I don't get any tv services from wave/astound. But I've had thier internet for a few years. I started with thier modem, which was iffy. Then I got my own modem and router, since then I've had great internet. Att has internet for the same areas but it's $50 more a month. So there's some give and take. Hope this was at least a little helpful.
Our phone service does have selective call rejection available which lets you block up to 25 phone numbers. To activate and use the feature, you will call *60 on your phone and then follow the prompts.
You are able to make payments at your local office. You can also make your payment online at my.wavebroadband.com and through our automated phone system at 866-928-3123 and both of these options are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This location does not have a 24 hour drop box available and the closest drop box would be in our Auburn store. You can always make your payment through our automated phone system or through your account online at gowave.com/pay-my-bill
