Brad came to my house to measure a window to replace an old broken blind that I had stored in the shed. He asked to see the old blind, fixed it and we rehung it together and it worked properly. Refused payment and went on his way. They don't make them like this guy anymore, I will definitely call the blind guy again in the future!

Starting off I live in a new housing development. I was the first one to order my blinds out of all my neighbors two months ago. All of my neighbors ordered from different companies and they all have had their blinds for a minimum of a month and I’m supposably not going to see mine for another month or longer. Each time they are supposably going to be shipped, I have to call four times to get someone on the phone just to find out they are delayed and this is the third time it’s going to be delayed. I was originally promised that I would see them before the holidays. Once you spend your money here it’s hard to get someone on the phone or to get someone to follow up on your order. Nobody calls and gives you updates and you’re constantly in the dark. The worst part is my family as been ordering blinds from this company for years. In my opinion most companies sell Hunter Douglas and it’s more than likely better to go somewhere else.
