Very reasonable prices, the cashier was very friendly, the bagger girl also displayed great interactions and was definitely friendly. Produce and meats looked outstanding! Definitely a very clean and well maintained property. I've seen some raunchy facilities in my day. I did have a old man make a little hissy fit because I was checking dates on some of the bagged lettuce. He even used my God's name in vain as a cuss word... some people just have little class. Oh well won't stop my shine. ✨️🌞✨️

Best deals up here. The remodel is great ! And the staff is very friendly and will help you find what you need! Sushi 🍣 is always really good at the sushi counter up front.

Wow, just wow. The staff here are wonderful. I mean absolutely wonderful! Talk about great customer service. I can hardly put it all in words but this was the first place my friend and I stopped by before checking into our cabin. We came here to buy snacks and food and everyone was so helpful. The girl in the deli department made us some delicious sandwiches and was so nice and helpful! The manager and a sales associate helped me find alcohol free wine (I know, I know, but I’m doing a sober year). We came to Big Bear to celebrate a birthday and wanted some wine at least. Everyone here at the store was amazing. Thank you so much! I appreciate your time and helpfulness! I can’t say thank you enough. More than 5 stars…!

First time at Stater Bros. To be honest we love Ralph’s, but there was none. There was a Vons next door but the Stater Bros ads on Hulu just sold us. I must say - I was pleasantly surprised. The grocery chain is very well stocked, as most should be. But their selection of ready-to-go food and bakery products are quite good. Also the discounts on wines are pretty awesome too. The only thing I would change is to have more cashiers. There were at least 20 people in line but only 3 cashiers were open. It took about 20 mins to check out. Other than that, no complaints. Will very likely visit soon again.

The first hour of business is for 65 and older.
Some supplies were low, but, I didn't think they had been taken over rediculously. Ever night they. Restock. With the slopes closed I bet our town will slow down for a bit. Just my thought.
There is a service that has recently taken notice and it's called "instant cart". You can order groceries and have them delivered in as little as 1 hour, if you're patient, they deliver groceries.
Call ahead and order it
