Great people. But... PROBLEM FIXED. A bank staff sat with me thru process. I have been trying to wire money to my brother and the wired funds have been reversed each time, despite personal help at the bank. Today I contacted customer services (Ohio?) and I was kept waiting a long time. Two people tried to help me but they did not have the information and kept transferring me to other staff. I planned to transfer more funds to Chase.

Not actually open. Chase leaves a bunch of bank listings on google maps to appear like the service the area. But they are all abandoned buildings without working atms.

Can you close an account if you are out of state without coming in to the branch and there are no Chase banks where you now live?
