Got gas at one of their locations one time and they scratched my car. Was not treated as a priority after the incident and it took two weeks for the issue to be resolved. Will, manager at Fireball gas station in Klamath Falls, and Shawn Seney, retail operations manager for GP Energy, both made my experience difficult and frustrating.
