Why even operate a business if you're only doing services needed 3 days a week? Called for an appointment for a BASIC star smog on a Toyota. TUE, WED, THURS only???? And you have to drop it off in the morning so they can work at their convenience. You will be taking a complete day off of work to do this here??? Ownership[: open up your schedule to meet hte customer half way. Lady on the phone made me feel stupid for clarifying that they only do smogs 3 days a week for the WHOLE DAY! Yeay, that's reasonable. Businesses in 2022 are clearly taking the non-customer oriented route. WILL NEVER GO HERE AND NEVER EVEN DID.
