Lynne- We offer Optomap retinal screening which is a photo of the eye. Although it does not replace dilation, it often allows us to see what we need to without dilating the pupils. If we see something that requires a dilation we can schedule it for another day when you have a driver. I hope this answers your question! Thank you, Dr Ibanez
