It shouldnt be this hard to make a payment. Their system screwed up, overcharged me, and now im apparently only allowed to pay in cash.... im assuming because it's untraceable? Sketch....

I don't have TID but saw people complaining about a $3 debit fee or $36/annual fee. Try having a kw/h rate that is 270% higher. Love, Los Banos resident.

I used to make payments on line with the previous on line set up and it was a breeze and pleasant with a few clicks and done. Now, there's an elaborate process in order to do it. You login in the front "portal" and then you're re-routed to another "maze" of instructions to follow and more clicks in order to finally to complete your exhausted process of making your payment when it was so easy before. Here, the old saying applies...If it works, Don't fix it!

As far as I know they contract with the local company. That is a very good question, its best to get that info first hand.
They do have Electric charging stations , but they are not for T.I.D. Customers.😕
