The bathroom smelled so bad we could barely use it. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The bed was so uncomfortable we woke up with backaches. It isn’t the safest place to stay.

Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I got a room after a full day of travel. The rooms were nice but the service she provided was spectacular and truly appreciated. Thank you

TL:DR: Worst hotel in the area, everything sucks. Absolutely treacherous. From very question stains to buckets of literal cat urine, this place is beyond terrible. The TV quality is not good whatsoever. In a friends room, there was a massive hole in the wall. The whole facility reeked of marijuana and poor life choices. I rather would’ve stayed in the musty alleyways of Chicago than this “trap house”.

ROOM HAD BED BUGS CHECKED OUT ABOUT 4AM MANAGER HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALL GUESS THEY THINK ITS OK SIDE NOTE NON OF THE WORK OUT EQUIPMENT WORKS THE DESK CLERK SAID WE KNOW NOTHING WORKS HANDY MAN CANT FIX FOR A CHOICE HOTEL IM SURPRISED WHAT A CATASTROPHE I THINK I WILL CALL HEALTH DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THEY ALSO HAVE A RESTAURANT I GUESS BTHE BUGS WILL EAT WELL
