I had a great experience. I made an appointment online the morning of to change my drivers license from Ohio to Illinois. It only took about 30min. The staff was kind and very helpful!

I needed to renew my drivers license, and renew four vehicle plate stickers. I made plans to drive to the Watseka DMV, because I’ve heard all the horror stories of the long lines and long wait time to get in. I have also heard of how the Staff is not that nice and it’s not a good experience. “Go to Watseka it’s faster and the staff is better.”So I decided to drive by the Bradley DMV at 8:30am on Friday, March 18, 2022 to see how long the line was. To my amazement there was no line or hardly any cars outside, and there were only two people inside plus employees. I needed to book an appointment for my drivers license renewal. I hadn’t done this prior so I didn’t have an appointment . I walked in and the lady at the information desk help me set up an appointment. I was seen right away. I dealt with two other ladies to get my license renewed and take a vision test. Then I dealt with a forth lady to renew my stickers. Before that she was wiping and sanitizing counter and equipment. All four experiences with these women were exceptional. My whole experience from the time walking in the door to walking out was 30 minutes. This was an phenomenal experience at the Bradley DMV. I had no wait times. I had great service. It was a big time and gas saver with the gas prices being so high and me not having to drive to Watseka. I wish I knew the names of the four employees that I encountered, so I could give all four of them the the props they deserve! The Bradley DMV did a 5 star job. Thank you

Got taken care of quickly. Had tried calling several times no one ever answers so decided to just go. The major problem with real ID when divorced kept married name so no mention of maiden name thus did have a passport that I know expired 8 days prior so they said couldn't use to me the whole thing about name is sexiest as had numerous other forms

How much is it to renew drivers license?
Yes you can
The old drivera license and your glasses if you got them. And your id too for back up
Birth certificate, proof of address, proof citizenship if applying for the new travel license with the star on it
I got the most recent driver's manuals, but the year is no less than 2020.
Yes, and the line is a lot shorter than those in Chicago.
No separate line. However if you are a senior citizen you can go to the front of the line no questions. They will sometimes ask if your getting a sticker only and take people to the front of the line also. One thing for sure, be early if possible you may be there between 2 & 3 hours. Best time (if you have it) is 6:45am and wait an hour and 15min to get in and you'll be done in about 20 minutes.
I think you can renew you license up to 1 yr. before it expires. You might wanna brush up on the written test before you go to renew to prevent any unforseen surprises.
