I can honestly say making the change from another practitioner to this office was life changing for me. Dr. Reddy and Katie Along with all the other staff so caring and kind. I also have to say having my labs done at the same office has been an amazing experience as well. I never have to wait long and they always are so quick! If I could give this office and their staff a hundred stars I would!

Would not recommend Dr. Reddy if you were diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes as an adult (LADA). She has more of a “1 size fits all” approach, which doesn’t work for everyone. Go get a 2nd opinion at the very least, glad I finally did!

Let me start out by saying the doctor is fantastic. She listens and tries to be help as much as she can. Also, the phlebotomist is hands down one of the most personable people I've ever met and I enjoy getting my blood drawn by her. Unfortunately, these two should not have to work with the front desk staff that they do. I have been going to this practice since march, September they finally decided to tell me my insurance didn't cover any of my appointments and I explained no one had told me that. Not only did I get a cold response, I was told I've been told every time (little do they know I keep my mail and I can see clearly no one has said anything to me). Well today I explained that same thing because I had to the lady I was rescheduling my appointment with and she had the audacity to tell me that I've been told every time and when I told her "no", she said she's not going to argue with me. That's some top notch customer service..... not. I am frustrated because I really do love this doctor and she's definitely worth the price, however the now 2-3 people I've explained this to and gotten shut down telling me I am wrong very rudely (especially when I have the receipts to back myself up) is definitely going to be the real reason I leave.
