Vicky is a wonderful manager. They do a great job of customer service and she always asks if there is anything we need. Maintenance requests are always handled within 24 hours. The laundry room is clean and works well. They handle deliveries perfectly and even send texts when a package has arrived. In my opinion, this is the best apartment complex in which I have lived.

Living in Mono Village Apartments has been great! The staff is friendly and quick to reply to questions. The neighbors are quiet and very nice. I’m only leaving because I’m moving back to SoCal, but if not, I’d still live here.

I am a health care traveler and I stay at many apartments throughout the years. Mono village is a great apartment complex lots of space pretty cheap for California prices. If you need something fix they're usually on it within A-day. Being a health care traveler I have stayed in5 different apartments within the past 2 years. Vicky the leasing manager is by Far the best I have dealt with. She goes above and beyond helping your needs. I'm Going to miss her as a landlord. Jason

Our 2-Bedroom, 1-1/2 bath townhomes currently range from $955 per month to $1,045 per month, with an annual rent increase for all units on July 1st. Increases typically range from 3-5%.

Thanks for your inquiry. Our pet policy allows cats only, with a refundable deposit. Rents are fixed and not income-based. Our minimum requirements are credit score of 600, income to equal 3 times monthly rent and good rental history or prior home ownership.
Yes, with the exception of 12 one-bedroom apartments that are single-story with a ground floor entry.
