Worst landlord and property management I’ve ever dealt with. Never fixed anything in the house. We had multiple problems with the house itself (plumbing overall, black mold, broken appliances, had to provide a fridge ourself). Even with the black mold the owner, Dave Pires, seemed to never care and made us feel like we were the problem our bathrooms fan was broken and there was no ventilation. Multiple bedrooms did not have a light. To top it off we got evicted during covid, and got a “30 day notice without reasoning” and Dave Pires dropped all contact with all residents. Would never recommend them. The only person I can say I was happy with was Chris Gross, who works for the property managment. She is the only one who made our involuntary move out easy.

Worst property owners ever , I hear the owners are scoundrel theives and take advantage of un informed potential and current residents . The manager Tammy (I think her name is ) is ignorant and extremely lacking in housing knowledge. Numerous times I have called to be put in a waiting list d was told to stop in as I had to physically fill one out. Many times I attempted to stop in and see her but she was never around. When I finally got a hold of her she stated she’s so busy in other properties that’s just how it is. I felt like I was not important enough to her. When I asked her who the owners were she replied it’s on the internet but was not going to give it to me. Well I found out who they were and apparently they have no experience running these kinds of properties and treat them like they could care less as long as the money comes in I would be very careful renting from Columbia village or trusting the manager Tammy, I will be surprised if she is still there much longer

The Secret

There is a crazy cat woman by the name Patty Brown who complains about every little sound between 12pm and 8pm. After 9pm is the time you cant make sound by law. Cant even put groceries away without a complaint. The woman is insane and harrasses everyone around her and if anyone moves here make sure you request not to live by her !
