Called Fri, 8/19 Receptionist stated soneone would be there before 4pm. They didn't show so I called back and estimator stated he could be there by 5pm. It was my day off and thought they had tied up enough of it. Estimator told me he could come back at 9a Mon., again he didn't show up. Notified company to let them know, Receptionist thought it was funny and started laughing instead of fixing the problem. And by the way Estimator I spoke with either had an accent or had been drinking, but was quite muffled on phone, not your typical estimator I have dealt with.

They cleaned my grandmothers gutters and made sure to clean it very well because the last company who did the gutters didn't do a good job and left a mess. They repaired some places where the gutters were losing hold on the house too. They charged a great value. We are grateful.

Called on Tuesday around 11 and got a arrival quote for around a week. Around 3:15 (the same day) they called and arrived. I don’t have an issue with coming sooner then the quotes time. I watched them like a hawk and they took off all the gutter guards and were very thorough. They were cleaning up the debris but I asked them to stop; I wanted to clean up the debris myself. Other reviewers mentioned the distraction of them walking on the roof. These people are cleaning gutters, and you asked them to come - are you so dumb to not realize they would be walking on your roof? Should they have worn slippers? Get a life and let them do their jobs. You couldn’t pay me a thousand dollars to get on that high roof. Great job guys.
