We've lived in our current home for 22 years. Both drain lines to the curb have been repaired/cleaned/replaced by Professional Gutter & Drain. Our neighborhood has tons of mature trees and the homes are over 50 years old now, so it wasn't unexpected that the underground drains needed repair. Not only were they repaired in a timely manner, the repairmen took care to re-seed the areas that were dug up so that they became green again. Today, we asked them to clean the gutters, replace some gutter guards above the garage, and flush out the drains from the house to the curb to ensure that everything would remain clog-free. I would recommend this company highly, because they're conscientious, thorough, and reasonably priced. I've never felt pressured or mislead in any way; they're straight-forward and comprehensive in their approach to their work. Dave and Mike came out today (9/23/2022) and it was a pleasure to have them service our home.

I had Professional Gutter & Drain out for both gutter cleaning and drain line cleaning / inspection. Communication leading up to appointments was good, but the service performed was less than adequate. Drain Line Service - crew came out and inspected my lines finding debris in several of the lines (OK with this). The issue arose as the crew made no attempt to clean or flush debris, indicated to me that the lines were collapsed and there was nothing they could do. Not satisfied with their effort - I was able to use my own shop-vac and create enough suction to clear debris from the line (something they should have been able to do without question given the specialty tools they can utilize vs. my shop-vac). While I will ultimately need some of the lines in question replaced - I won't utilize this company. Gutter Service - crew came out when I was not home (as they indicated was OK). From their invoice on services they will provide: "We will dispatch a two man crew in a fully equipped truck to clean out all debris and obstructions from your gutters and downspouts. If necessary, we will add fasteners, tighten screws, re-nail gutter spikes and ensure system set to drain." Also from the invoice on the work they completed: "Completed a full clean and tune service of the entire gutter and downspout system, removing debris and obstructions throughout accordingly. Checked the pitch of the gutter system to ensure set to drain accordingly. Removed heavy debris from the entire gutter system. Checked all downspouts to ensure free of clogs, removing debris from front garage and porch. Repitched gutter on garage to correct flow. Resecured all loose hangers/spikes to ensure gutters are secure. Installed 4 splash guards throughout to eliminate overflow. When I came home I found that multiple downspouts were still hanging from house and had not been secured (even though they indicated they had completed the work). I was able to call and get a crew back out to finish the job for this. A couple of days after their service, a downspout was heavily leaking water and seemed to be compromised. I again not satisfied, got on a ladder and took apart the downspout to find heavy clogging / debris from a spout they clearly did not attempt to clear / remove debris from (even though again, they had indicated in the invoice they had). At this point given my frustration with them, I finished their work and did not call for further service as did not want them back to the house. Oh and those 'splash guards' they installed without permission? Another $48 on the bill.

First I like to say that I do not write reviews that often, but when a company does a good job they deserve a good review. I highly recommend Professional Gutter and Drain. They were very professional and answered all my questions during my project. A long story short I had a in ground pool installed last year and the pool company improperly installed the channel drains with no stabilization or anchor pins. My yard is sloped and the channel drains were just laid up against the concrete. The results of this was a washed out muddy pool with warped channel drains. After researching several companies for a solution, Professional Gutter and Drain gave me the best solution to my problem. Professional Gutter and Drain worked with a separate concrete company I had selected and set the new channel drains in the forms. They then put a French drain around my pool with river rock and additional straight drains down the side of the house to the street. It was a big job, but they handled it very professionally. They came multiple time to the house to ensure the drainage fall was correct and to work with the concrete company. I had several hiccups along the way with scheduling issues on my part, but Professor Gutter and Drain worked with me every step of the way with my schedule. Allen, the drainage manage, was excellent and extremely helpful during the project. He called me several times to keep me informed and answered all my questions. He also visited during the actual project to ensure everything was going as planned. Thank you Allen. Dustin was very helpful and answered all my questions when assessing my issue and providing me a proposal. He also visited twice to ensure the drainage fall was correct with the laser. Thank you Dustin. The foreman on the job, Roger was excellent. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Roger explained every part and changes of the project. He was open to any suggestions I had and we discussed them all along the project, this gave me reassurance about the project. The other 2 guys on the project, Schyler and Joe, were also very professional and answered my questions. The actual physical work was done over 3 days and those guys didn’t let up. They just worked continuously and the results were a great finished job. Thank you Roger, Schyler and Joe. I couldn’t be happier with the job Professional Gutter and Drain did for my distraught situation. It has rained and everything works like it should with water drainage. Thank you again Professional Gutter and Drain for helping me and I highly recommend them for your gutter and drainage issues.
