Pls. explain why the manager is always upset. Can she have a conversion without getting in your face. I enjoy and respect the other employees. How does she stay employed yelling at customers. Pls. refer to video from 5-28-20.

Wil, you've been asked multiple times by the manager and other employees to refrain from going into the walk-in cooler that is off limits to customers and serving yourself. You are probably of the opinion that you're being helpful and we appreciate that. We cannot allow non-employees to enter our walk-in cooler however. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us.
