Went to look at a car that was on their website. When I got there they told me it was in the shop for minor issues and I couldn't see it but they would call me when it was done. I even called again to see if I could put a deposit on it. No one called back. Long story short, they sold the car before I could see it. No one ever called me back. Very bad customer service!

DO NOT purchase a vehicle through this car dealership. The finance department is absolute trash. They tell you one thing in person and then put other information on the contract. Do not trust them.

They have pathetic managers. They wasted my time showing me their inventory and took a copy of my valid driver license. I just moved from a differenr state so I was still figuring out signing lease with apartment. At the end, they denied showing me any vehicle because I didn't have an address. When I told that I would wait to just visually see the vehicle, they agreed and made me wait forever. I left wasting my time. Over priced vehicles with pathetic managers.

Not sure about ricart specifically. But, most dealers charge an hour of labor for a diagnostic. Many of them will waive the diagnostic fee, or put it towards the cost of the repair if you purchase the recommended repair.
If you do don't come here. Goto credit unions on your own and fill out credit apps a lot of them you can do online. Ricart is scummy especially with there financing

It depends on the lender. Credit Acceptance will do previous repos but needs larger down payment and or a lesser vehicle. Others it depends on how long since repo and what you have done since the repo credit wise.
