They are always friendly and have never once got my order wrong. The wings are great too. The stuffed pepper soup is the best! I've never encountered a rude employee at all, sometimes they seem tired, but who isn't at 6am?

I ordered a wedge here and when I went to pick-up my order they had made my request a sub, not a wedge. I waited to get a wedge made, (extra 10 minutes) and when I got home I realized they did not add the cheese which I had very specifically requested and emphasized when I called, because the last time I ordered they did not add the cheese to the wedge as requested. When I called to complain, the guy on the phone first said I didn't order cheese, then he said the girl who made the wedge said the cheese is on the wedge, it's just on the bottom. I said I'm looking at the wedge, there is no cheese. He was very rude, I won't order food here again. Good news, Fox's just opened in Boswell, and they sell wedges!

I placed a phone order for food and when I picked it up the order was wrong and I was overcharged. I spoke to the cashier and told her that I was overcharged and she was very ignorant and had the "I am the one who is right-" attitude. My bill was $40.00 mind you. And she also replied, "Well, now you know for the next time." Real smart and ignorant. I told her that there will not be a next time and I called and spoke to corporate office. Will never stop here again!!

The food is great but don't show up too close to closing. Walked in at 9:46 to order food (as did another gentleman behind me), was informed that the kitchen closed at 9:45. I had stood there for a minute waiting so it was 9:47 when I was told this. Left very disappointed.
