It's a lovely place and they offer fitness programs and aquatics for non-refidence for an affordable price available afternoons. I did the chair Zumba with Cindy my first time loved it she was great I'll be back!

I think its 30 dollars a month my wife does Yoga there ALL the time and likes it. Very peaceful place to work out nice pool and shower/bathrooms with plenty of locker space. No weight machines everythings hydraulic and exercise bikes, treadmills, etc...!
Likely no discount. Agree with previous person that only silvers sneakers gets a discount....and only with some insurance plans. Call front desk....best time is afternoon when staff more available. Wonderful place for seniors.

They do take silver sneakers for certain insurances. Call them and ask for ashley, she would tell you if there is a charge
