I ordered a $7 dollar coffee and I wish I had taken a picture of what I received. It was less than a third of the cup filled (a starbucks coffee cup at that, not a personal one). I overheard another lady speaking with an associate at the store for the same reason today, very little coffee in her cup. I asked for a refund for the little coffee I was given and the associate told me because I didn't want ice in my cup, that's why I received a minute amount of coffee. Might I specified to remove the extra shots and still received what should be embarrassing for the company to serve. I've ordered at other locations and received an adequate amount of coffee even when no ice was requested. This location has went downhill and is constantly trying to give as little as possible.

This place has gotten alot better over the past 2 months. Used to have issues all the time, now NEVER. Costumer service is professional & friendly. I come to this location 2-4 times a week now.

we asked for berries in our drinks and told us they had none, then they gave the people behind us and out the window the same drinks with berries. dragon fruit and strawberry. asked for no whipped cream on the pumpkin spice and the put it anyway. gave 2 cups wrong lid and a straw the size of a tall cup. the pumpkin spice was terrible.
