I called in to inquire about having a prescription filled. The person intended to put me on hold while she checked, but instead ended the call. When I called back, someone else answered and when I explained why I was calling back he told me he didn't have an answer because the first person I spoke to was still looking into it so I had to wait. I said I understood and that I was just calling back because I had been hung up on. He told me "no problem." I was placed on hold. A third person picked up and asked if I was Karen. I told her that I was not. She said, "Well I'm looking for Karen." I repeated that I was not Karen. She asked what I needed, but continually cut me off mid sentence while I was trying to explain my inquiry. She also told me to go Google what I needed. I finally gave up. I called the Acton pharmacy and spoke to a very kind woman there who helped me and answered my questions without treating me like a bother.

Our family has patronized the West Concord Pharmacy for many years. The staff has consistently been helpful, conscientious and professional in handling all of our needs. They go out of their way to keep customers safe. For example, if a physician fails to respond promptly to refill a prescription or if the physician's office is closed on a weekend, the staff will provide enough medication to tide us over until the refill is eventually approved. They have also alerted us to potential serious drug interactions. We are truly grateful to have the staff of an excellent, independent pharmacy on our health care team.
