The only bar I'd recommend in Lockport. Jackie's staff has the most consistent service and the least... Ugh... on the spectrum waitstaff on state street. The regulars are a delight and they could not care less if you were to say oh I don't know... Pull off the front doorknob and accuse the next patron who enters... If you're looking for the only spot in Lockport to take a shot from a monkey paw, wish no more... Your wish is Jackie's command 😏
