Clean rooms, hardwood, new mattresses and head board. Older College sized refrigerator and Microwave. Prep area with sink outside of bathroom with plenty of space. Dresser + closet. I stayed multiple weeks / months on contract assignment in area. Any issues I had were dealt with promptly by staff. No road noise in rooms. Hot water was hot, with plenty of it. Laundry on site. Mattress was comfortable. George's local restaurant was close and good + 2 close pizza places. Will likely stay here again on next contract. For those towing or driving Uhaul's etc there is a long driveway and a loop with enough room to maneuver and back in. Or in the "worst case" to use the loop and then park on the long driveway for the night (assuming that is allowed.) Easy access to 355 makes getting into the city easy. I don't watch TV but there is a satellite set up. Internet/wifi was spotty in the room but not fast enough for streaming in the evenings when others were on so I switched to my hotspot. Lots of parking.

I must say, we love coming here..the stay was restful, the room and bathroom were clean...it's a hidden gem..I highly recommend Pleasant Hill Motel to future guest.

I’ve stayed at this motel a couple times now and have enjoyed the peacefulness and quietness. The room I stayed was overall clean, no signs of bugs and neatly put together. Only issues with my room is that the walls could use a touch up with paint, bath tub and sink could use a good scrub to remove the orange residue from the hard water of Lockport. Maybe some new chairs as the ones in the bedroom are pretty used up. That is why I gave it a 4-star but even so I would recommend this motel is your looking for a nice place to crash for a night or two and have friendly service.
