It's a nice mobile home park for senior citizens but they do need to get the front gate situation fixed. It has been close to a year without a proper working front gate.

As of 12-29-21 The “Membership fees” range from $625-$800 per month where actual use of your electric & gas are prorated in the monthly bill. Water, garbage & sewer are fixed into the base $625 fee. You are allowed membership if you’re credit worthiness can verify your income is sufficient to 3x the monthly fee: so you will have to bring in between $1875-$2400 (based on your utility) usage per month to qualify.
55 age up no children small dogs ok
If you live here we have a storage area for our little community. Other then that I believe you can at a location in Prunedale it's KOA.
My wife says she thinks you can. Not completely sure!
They actually do some land ownership thing there. So you end up paying only about 280 before utilities
