I booked thru a 3rd party for my stay & was not disappointed. After landing in Charlotte Douglas Intl Airport & driving down on I-77 the hotel property was/is easily accessible for the exit ramp. I decided on it due to my family being within a 10 minute drive away. Checking in was done on the app so all I had to do was give my info at the desk & was issued my key, had a slight issue with the A.C. at night which was quickly resolved by moving me to another room on the same floor. Pool is outside on the back of the property, so if your room is a low odd number chances are you'll hear action from it. Parking lot is medium sized, plentiful for the hotel size and its on the back. So if you have an OCD about seeing your vehicle get a room on the backside of the hotel. Everyone is extremely friendly & kind (that southern hospitality!!), being from the northeast it took a bit to get used to but man I could get used to it!!!! Will definitely return here again soon as there will be another event in the near future.

Law Abiding

I thought it was a new hotel but once I started examining closely, I could see it it's beginning to show some age. It wasn't horrible by any means. The bed was too soft for my back and the sheets and pillows were average at best. Lots of parking, small pool and no breakfast. Overall I'd do it again for a short stay.

Excellent! The staff & accommodations were excellent. Asked for a dinner recommendation & Akleisha (sp?) did not go wrong in sending me to California Dreaming. I was made to feel right at home from the moment I arrived. If I am ever back in the area this will be my first choice for an overnight stay.

Stayed here for one night. The lobby and room were very clean. Service at check in and out was fine. I did not find the bed to be very comfortable. They sell Starbucks products at their lobby cafe. There were a lot coffee grinds at the bottom of my coffee. I did not realize this until after I had checked out and was on my way. This was a convenient place to stay at the time I needed one .
