Terrible hours on game day, now you can no longer enter the shop and make purchases after the game. I was told at 3:30 after a noon game that the shop is closed by the escalator attendants. Also the new location is terrible it was more accessible in the 100 level, where it use to be. The location is purely crowd control and it’s not very accessible after the game so make sure you go before kickoff or you’ll be out of luck. Who Dat!

Online opening hours don’t match the actual opening hours and a lot of things are more expensive than in their online shop. That can ruin the experience if you’re shopping on Gameday and it feels like trying to make more money from Fans that actually go to see the Saints in the Superdome and already support the team. Other than that very friendly people working there and even on Gameday helpful.
