This hospital has changed a lot it's horrible there now. Emergency room once used to be my go to for the best care not anymore. Somebody could die waiting on medical attention that's if someone hasn't already and to say it's in my network that don't help none. They gonna cause someone's death if that hospital don't straighten up the Director an Administrator need to get it together.

Garrett was my nurse for this visit! He really took awesome care of me from the moment I walked into the back of the ER! He has a warm and welcoming personality. It’s currently 1:44 am and I’m writing this review, That goes to show how extremely pleased I was with this ER visit. Thank you again for the amazing hospitality while getting my medical issue treated Garrett!

Didn't have a real nurse in the ER when I went . Just a paramedic. He looked lost. Didn't do half the things he said he would for my injury. I.e. bring an ice pack, bring correct boot, wrap the injuries. They did the X-rays in a consultation room 😩 and not in the normal x-ray room. Called patient relations they made me waste my time and gas coming back the next day so I could get the correct sized boot & they didn't even have it.

St. Bernard Community Health Center is in the doctors Tower and has a great staff I've always been very helpful and resourceful.
My guess is that the staff at this hospital simply don't care about the residents of st. Bernard. Also they probably consider the residence a subclass of society and think that they are somehow superior . The staff being less informed than the public , and ignorant of any medical facts or even terminology believe they are superior so they would prob like to see you die? Just a guess? Idk?
