I don't know how they are running this place. Right now, I'm standing in front of the premises. There is a board saying ZAINAB CENTER, in front of the premises. Today is 10th muharram, and no one is here. Their web page says that an event is scheduled for today at 11.30am, details of which are not available. And right now, at 12.08pm, waiting here for more than 30 minutes and trying their number several times, I am finding myself unlucky to find a single person here.
