I really hate to give negative reviews but Providence has left me absolutely no choice. First and for most, Oct 2021 the day of my mom’s funeral my family and I sat and waited to watch my mother be buried in the ground. When no one arrived to do so I contacted the office and they stated that it had to be requested at the time of requested service. This was not mentioned to me at all upon consultation and how would one assume that this was not something automatic. So they expected my family and I to leave my mothers casket alone until they decided to bury her with all sorts of people walking around that cemetery. The office had an attitude with me when I called and suggested that we wait. We were told that the person responsible for burying my mother was going to lunch. My family and I waited in the sun for almost an hour for them to take a lunch and one of my family members passed out due to health issues. I was so disappointed and heartbroken at such treatment. Secondly, I reached out about having another company install my mothers headstone because I had such a bad experience and did not trust something so precious in Providence anymore. I was told that it would be a charge for someone else to do so. So I was basically backed in a corner and had to purchase my mother a headstone from Providence. Since Oct 20th 2021, I have been in contact with Bobby at Providence and have sent several emails regarding the purchase and installation of my mothers headstone and my emails were often not replied to. 30 emails were sent in total. I was told to contact back in Nov 2021 regarding purchasing a headstone. I contacted Bobby as instructed with still little to no responses. Dec 17, 2021 I purchased a headstone from Providence. Jan 6, 2022 I then reached back out to Bobby inquiring about how long it will take for the headstone to come in and install it. After several sent emails I did not receive response from Bobby until Jan 28, 2021 and was told that it would take a few months and it would be placed in the grave by the end of March 2022 and that I would receive a text message upon completion. I was told to contact the office for further assistance. It is now June 13, 2022 and I have not heard or received a text Message from Providence. I contacted the office with no answer and the voicemail was full. At this point, I am fed up. I can’t believe that anyone could be so insensitive regarding someone’s loved one and their family who is in mourning. If you are in need to bury your family please don’t do it at Providence no matter who recommends it. Now that I have shared my concerns with people I’m learning that they have also had similar experiences.

These grave yards r taking our family members casket we spend all of our money an working with these funeral homes.#1only 3 people's can go into a Vault,ok upon putting the 3rd person in,ok we're is the caskets from the other 2 bodies? People y'all need to pay attention to that,we spend too much money on those caskets to keep letting these grave yards an funeral homes take all of our money! Then they wants to charge u a couple of stacks to reopen it again! They is Slick! I'm telling you can't no 3 caskets go in a Vault r in the ground on top of each other! No!
